Introducing Our New Form Builder: Build Faster, Work Smarter in Intellistack Streamline

We're excited to announce early access to our redesigned Form builder for Intellistack Streamline, purposefully built to make form creation faster, more intuitive, and frankly, a lot less frustrating.
What's new in this form builder
Real-time editing and visibility
Make changes and see them instantly, right where you're working. No more toggling between edit and preview modes, losing your place, or wondering how things will actually look. What you build is what you see, keeping you in the flow.
Multi-page forms that guide users naturally
Create multi-step experiences that break complex forms into digestible chunks, making it easier for your users to complete them.
Centralized data mapping
Map all your workflow data from a single, organized view. No more hunting through multiple screens to connect the dots.
Why we built a new build experience
We heard you loud and clear: swiveling back and forth between the left sidebar and preview wasn't working. The constant context switching broke your focus, and you told us it slowed you down.
Research confirms what you experienced. When users have to leave their work to make changes elsewhere, they lose track of the details and need time to reconnect all those pieces in their head. Harvard Business Review found that digital workers switch between apps and windows nearly 1,200 times a day—losing up to four hours a week just trying to refocus. [source link]
So we rebuilt the Form building experience from the ground up, specifically for Streamline workflows. Now you can build in context, see changes immediately, and keep moving forward without the mental overhead.

What to expect next
This early access version of the Form builder doesn't have all the features you know and love just yet, but we will continue adding more capabilities, including adding all fields that exist in the current Forms step as well as a new way to do logic and calculations in early 2026. We're also actively building and expanding capabilities based on your feedback. For now, the current form builder step remains available for all your production needs.

Try it out in early access
During this early access phase, you'll see both versions of the Form builder in your Intellistack Streamline account. The new Form builder experience has an “early access” label, and is ready for exploration, feedback, and testing, while the current version remains your go-to for live use cases.
This is just the beginning of more enhancements to the Form builder. We're looking for your input to refine and expand what's possible. Give it a try and let us know what you think. Your feedback will directly shape where we take this next.
